At BARDSI we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Singapore returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Returns:
We will process a refund to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

We want your BARDSI pieces to fit right, so exchanges are on us. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange for a different size or color. Simply visit our Contact page within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

How to return or exchange (Singapore)

1. Visit our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return or exchange
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions
3. Ship the item back at your own cost in its original packaging where possible
4. Once we receive and inspect the item we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days

International orders

Due to the environmental impact and complexity of international returns, all international sales are final. We do not accept physical returns on international orders.

However we stand fully behind the fit and quality of every BARDSI piece. If your item does not fit as expected, please visit our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a size replacement shipped directly to you for a flat fee of SGD 20 worldwide, which covers international shipping costs and customs duties on your replacement item.

Conditions applicable to all orders

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please visit our Contact page immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this at no cost to you regardless of your location.

Processing time

Once we receive your return we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
